Euroterminal LLC was founded in 2005.
This was accompanied by the launch of the “Dry Port” investment project. Its main goal was to create a modern multi-modal logistics complex, aimed to combine three types of transport in one place: sea, road and railway transport.
The first step of the company towards the implementation of the project was the acquisition of a part of the regressive territory, which was previously a filtration field. Then this territory was drainaged and dumped, that made it suitable for road traffic and further development.
These activities allowed to create a unique transport and logistics chain: the terminals of Odessa port - the transport overpass - Dry Port - international transport corridors (No. 9, TRACECA), an integral part of Euroterminal LLC’s territory.
Thanks to the implementation of the “Dry Port” project, the heavy transport was removed from the streets of Odessa, and the ecological problem of the Peresyp district was solved.
2007 - Construction and opening of the TIR-parking.
The purpose of the TIR-parking is to fix up and organize the entry of trucks to various transshipment complexes operating in the port of Odessa.
The creation of this terminal made it possible to remove social tensions, caused by the accumulation of heavy vehicles on the streets of the city adjacent to the port. Moreover, it increased the efficiency and rhythm of the operation of its container capacities in the context of growing freight traffic.
2011 - The opening of the Cargo Customs Complex (CCC).
The opening of the Cargo Customs Complex allowed handling the customs clearance of goods for free circulation outside the operating platforms of the Odessa port terminals. This significantly accelerated the passage of goods and vehicles across the customs border of Ukraine.
The Cargo Customs Complex is part of the territory of the port of Odessa and the checkpoint at the state border of Ukraine, and is connected to the sea port with the help of the transport overpass. This simplifies the movement of goods and vehicles to / from the territory of sea terminals.
2017 - The pilot project "Autohub"
AutoHUB is a full range of services from the importation of a vehicle into the customs territory of Ukraine prior to its registration in a branch of the MIA service center. According to the “single office” principle, there are 7 state and non-state services:
• Border guards
• A branch of the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine
• A vehicle certification body
• An expert organization for determining the market value of imported cars
• A branch of Ukrgasbank and an insurance company
The project allows anyone who wants to execute all the necessary documents for an imported car in one place from the moment it arrives at the port in the container until the moment the license plates are received for the personal use.
